Dine in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The

and "La Nuova Cucina" are creatively prepared
by chef/owner Gianfranco Loreti, in Naples since
1987. Appetizers feature imported Italian mozzarella

and the best Caeser salad. Entrees include handmade
pastas like our fabulous Fettuccine Ciao (lobster
and asparagus in light cream sauce), Osso Buco
that falls off the bone with Saffron Risotto,
outstanding Veal Chop Paillard and real Dover
Sole filleted table side. Our luscious desserts:

brulee, and chocolate mousse cake are chef made and
we are the only restaurant to make a fresh warm zabaglione.
Chef Gianfranco's specials incorporate fresh seasonal
ingredients such as zucchini blossoms in summer, white
truffles in the fall, blood oranges and chestnuts in
winter and morel mushrooms and artichokes in the spring.
Our extensive wine list features the best vintages
of Italian, French and California wines, also ports
and dessert wines.
We have available private dining rooms that accomodate
from eight to thirty persons.
Gift certificates are available in any amount and we
can mail them to you or directly to the recipient.
Ristorante Ciao is located in downtown Naples, one
block north of Fifth Avenue South in the first block
west of Tamiami Trail (US 41).
"Keeping a restaurant running for 17 years in ever
changing Naples is a major accomplishment. Keeping
the same chef/sommelier/owner since "Day One" is even
more amazing. But Ristorante Ciao has done just that,
and a recent visit reminded me of the secret of its
success: fine food, carefully prepared with top quality
ingredients will never go out of style. The bottom
line "Absolutely Phenomenal".
